Question by rosebunnie: How do i start running again?
I use to love to run then i got into a car accident and i could not run for some time. I am tiring to get in shape and would love to start running again. But every time i try to i get tired and out of breath. What is the best way to start running again. Like should i run for 5 mins then walk for like two and keep this up but each time add a min to my running time. Please help.

Start slowly by running a block, walking a block. Repeat as long as it’s comfortable. You can lengthen the running a bit each day. The key is to keep it fun and not get burned out. Good luck!

you need to atleast sustain exercise for a min of 20mins to get any effects.
by doing sprints/ running up stairs etc..you will improve your fitness
by going for a long hour walk you will loose body fat/tone
You start by sordof like walking, but basically walking a little faster. Well if this helps you out. Running is pretty much jogging, just more of a faster jog. Hope this helps!
