Boss H- wouldn’t a man not owning up, and leaving a pregnant women behind, or not paying child support actually be a man’s issue as well?

    Seriously. I’m feeling oppressed, too.

P.S. You should ask Obama himself, on his website.
You can ask any question as long as it’s not about Blago, or otherwise a tough question.

It’s the liberal label for abortion.

You would think there should be. Apparently reverse discrimination is acceptable against men and white people. That’s why I (as a woman) hate modern feminists.

men get paid more, promoted more often, hold more positions of power and have control of much more wealth than women…

The only issue men have from my perspective is paternal rights before birth… And that issue is a sticky one that nobody wants to touch.

There are a lot of sissy boys here evidently… Scared of a big bad equal woman.

I can see how a GOP supporter would think we’re equal though, wink, wink, smile, doncha

yes and no, we all get to work, we don’t all get to play.
This answer applies to more than this topic.

Because there is only one men’s issue: how to get women.

  11. JOEBAMA on January 8, 2012 at 9:05 am

Do you really believe men and women are equals? If you think that, you must have too much estrogen running through your body.

    STOP WOMEN SUFFRAGE NOW!!

its probably primarily talking about womens’ rights as far as abortion

In society, you shouldn’t push to make anybody equal. The best wins. The successful win. Whether its a man or woman, black or white, THE BEST should win out over everybody.

We should have equal rights but have not always had them so we must focus on this until women make the same amount of money as men make & what ever the issues are about. I belong to a church that has many more women than men so the men have a men’t club so they can get together & spend more time together not having the women in the way. The women decided they were going to have a women’s group but I saw no reason for that & did not join.

What? You mean women are not in charge? Well give them a couple more years. Can I get out of the doghouse then?

  15. Brown9489 on January 8, 2012 at 10:59 am

What is your man’s issue? C’mon…you can tell us….we won’t laugh.

Who knows, maybe Bob has a pill for it.

men’s issues were the focus of humanity from about 6,000 BC to about 1900 AD

I think the men are in pretty good shape after about 8,000 years of focus…

  17. zekzain66 on January 8, 2012 at 11:48 am

apparently no, they don’t want equality they want dominance

  18. Obama Won! on January 8, 2012 at 12:45 pm

I’m not here to stroke your ego, and I’ll tell you why it is NOT a good point at all: In most areas of the United States, women are still paid less than men for equal work.

  19. Boss H on January 8, 2012 at 1:32 pm

Yeah, all men have to worry about if the government is going to take away their right to choose to get an abortion.

And oh you know its a real big issue for men when the woman ditches them because the man finds out he is pregnant, leaving them without help supporting their child.

And we all know how the amount of men being abused by their spouses outnumber the amount of women being abused by them huh? Every day we see men with black eyes for not getting their woman a beer, don’t we?
Always the guy at work wearing sunglasses to cover up that back eye their wife gave them huh?

Oh and that breast and ovarian cancer is such a big problem men have.

Just because there is equality under the law, doesn’t mean there aren’t different issue.

Apparently, you people are getting desperate for material.

Legally, we’re technically not. Do you know of any social circumstances in which men are discriminated against?

  21. spamwise_hamgee on January 8, 2012 at 2:29 pm

We white males have ruled society and subjected women for over a thousand years. Guess what? They still don’t always get treated equally.

And to your “additional details” question: No, because it’s the woman that has to deal with it.

  22. margaret h on January 8, 2012 at 3:23 pm

The Democratic Party is patronizing to women, and looks down on them.
They do NOT really care about women.

They think that if they pat them on the head and tell them that they’ll guarantee them some sort of “freedom to choose” and the right to “equal pay,” that they’re great on “women’s issues.”
    What BULLSH^T.
Most women never have to make the choice to have an abortion. EVER.
And how many women ever really have the problem of suing over an problem with “equal pay”?
    Think about it.
What are the Democrats really offering women?
Look how they treated Hillary Clinton. Disrespectfully.
Where were the women in Obama’s campaign staff? Ummm. Not there.
How many women Cabinet Secretaries? Fewer than Bush.
Other than Pelosi, how many women Committee Chairman in Congress? NONE.

Women’s issues are the SAME as men’s issues.
Unless women are too dumb to realize it.
That’s what the Democrats are hoping.
