this looks really effective and i will probably use it. but my only problem is this… won’t you run out of energy or something meaning that when you go back to chest after doing back, you’ll probably be able to do like 6 reps instead of 8?

@22sweetaz the thing is i did that .. for about a year and results on back are not that visible .. i did first chest training then back … chest got riped but back…just a bit… dont do that mistake..:P big group of muscle+ lower its the best .. for exemple monday chest+biceps , wednesday back+tripces and saturday legs shoulder and abs
its wrong if you do biceps+tripces same time.. or chest+back .. well everyone can do how they want but if you look at other ppl they do exacly as i say

who said you can’t train 2 big muscle groups on the same training day. It’ll mean you won’t have to train your legs again that week, therefore less time in the gym and more time to recover and grow. As long as you keep your workouts short and intense then it shouldn’t matter.

I’ve to reduce the amount of weights I’m using if i were to do a slow negative… and i don really like the idea of reducing weights…

Really dude? I think his physique speaks volumes on his training knowledge. If u weren’t supposed to train two big muscle groups on the same day I doubt my jim would be so fuckin jacked. I’m so sick of people runnin there mouth about shit they have no clue about. Lots of big name trainers advocate back and chest on the same day. Ever heard of charles poliquin? Obviously not he has stated that many bench press record have been achieved after heavy bent rows. Google “working opposing

I really really enjoy doing those push ups until I am no longer able to push up, then lower myself down until I cannot do that either. Thanks for the workout Jeff!

guys the only way to get muscles is to eat carbs and fat.. aswell dont leave them u need them a lot and and if ur worried about over training then rest 3 to 5 days if ur not doing this any ur not getting much results then just throw a another rest day then if u want u can go to the cutting phase where u eat less fat and carbs to get slightly less fat

I’m having difficulties losing fat on my chests. Will doing cardio (usually 30mins running), working out on a daily basis, proper diet do the job? Do you think I’ll be able to see any changes in 1-2 months?
