Question by Latina Mommy: Business or Management, to transfer to Human Resources Management?
Okay, I will be going to school in the fall, and I want to go to a community college first, but I don’t know which degree would be best! I want to get an Associates degree, and then go to a University to get my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management. So my question is, if I am going to transfer, is it best for me to get an Associates Degree in Business or Management? Any answers would be greatly appreciated!
Well, I decided on a community college, because it is less expensive. Going to a University for 4 years would be way too expensive for me!

Most people do what you are doing by going to a community college then a university but when you do this not all of your credits will transfer to a university.
As an enrollment counselor I would suggest you go to a university that is accredited, that way you know that your credits will transfer if you decide to go to a different university. If you need help send me an email.
As for the degree go with Associates in Business it will get you in the right direction.
