Depends on what your goal is. Are you trying to improve their trust, communication, or just get them to know eachother.
I’d look at your local bookstore for books like “101 Games Trainers Play”. They have tons of team building games based on your goal.
Also check out http://www.thiagi.com/ it is a site that is hosted by a man who creates a lot of different training games.
